The fire marshals BEGGED us not to shoot off fireworks this year. Go to the River of Fire Festival instead in Columbia Park. So when Andrew drove past a West Richland house about to launch a HUGE rocket show, he called the cops. They called back and said they knew the guy and it was OK. Later we found out it's a big tradition in the area. WHAT? Why are rockets illegal for everyone else? Why is everyone else told no fireworks?
