What’s the Best Summer Vacation for Families in the Northwest? [SURVEY]

Due to some unfortunate circumstances my family cancelled our trip to Disneyland this summer. Everyone is heart broken. Now we need to stay in the Pacific Northwest. What is something totally awesome we can do that will get the kids excited again?

We love the Coast -- and have been many times -- so we may just go back. Some of my family want Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands. That sounds boring to me, but I've never been. We're super familiar with the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area so PLEASE don't suggest anything there. We need an adventure -- something new.
