I bought our home about five years ago in Kennewick for $225,000 and at the time I thought the price was high but that's because I'm a cheapskate. I was so wrong in hindsight because our home has proven to have been a great purchase thanks to our Realtor who knew we were getting a good deal.
What's The Pricing "Sweet Spot" Of Homes In The Tri-Cities?
We had a great realtor in Laura Hodge Harris who explained to me that in Tri-Cities, there's a sweet spot in which homes are snapped up quickly. She said that homes usually in the $160,000 to $250,000 range in the Tri-Cities is the "sweet spot" that'll sell pretty quickly.
Is There A Difference In Price Ranges In The Tri-Cities Real Estate Markets?
I thought it would be interesting to do a gallery of the currently available homes in that "sweet spot" price range to see what's out there. I was surprised to discover that our current house that we bought five years ago wouldn't even make the list these days.
