15-Year-Old Arrested in Car Prowl Related Shooting
Kennewick Police say a 15-year-old male has been arrested in connection with an alleged shooting incident August 6th. The arrest was made Thursday Aug 13.
Around 1AM that day police responded to the 400 block of South Rainier, where witnesses said they saw four younger men prowling cars in the area. When a victim confronted the group two of the suspects reportedly fired guns at the person, but they were not hit.
The four then fled the area. Police didn't comment on the alleged second shooter, but did say the 15-year-old was identified then arrested in connection with the incident. It remains under further investigation.
