20 Year-Old Woman Charged for Rape of 13 Year-Old Boy

A Pasco woman has been charged after admitting to detectives she had sex with a teenage boy on multiple occasions. Rachael Maughan, 20, will be arraigned on June 18th.

According to court documents, the woman would meet the teenager in a yard on Livingston Road.

Maughan had initially been denying her involvement, but finally admitted that she had sex with the boy several times. Court documents say that Maughan knew she shouldn't have been doing it.
