DeLeonardo Training Center in Creswell, Oregon was the site of a mass-scale seizure of horses. 61 horses were taken from the property by Lane County Sheriff's deputies.

The owner was cited for animal neglect in the second degree. Gwenyth Davies had been contacted by Animal Services in 2018 regarding complaints about the condition of the horses. She complied and the horses were "brought to minimum care standards." More complaints were made this September, but the investigation fizzled out due to a lack of evidence being submitted.

The current investigation was opened after photos provided by Emerald Valley Equine Rescue showed the horses in poor condition again. Bernard Perkins, Lane County Senior Animal Welfare Officer addressed the case saying that "the level of alleged neglect and Ms. Davies’ history of violations goes far beyond what is acceptable in our community."
