A 31-year old man is behind bars after Adams County Deputies say he stabbed another man.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department responded to the incident Sunday morning at about 9:30 am in the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road.

Upon arrival, officers found the male victim lying on the ground with a wound to his torso. Medics treated the victim and transported him to Othello Community Hospital. The victim was treated for his injuries and released.

Ismael Sabino-Gonzalez was arrested and booked into the Adams County Jail on suspicion of assault and tampering with a witness.
