Don't like the weather in Tri-Cities? Wait 5 minutes. Sure, it's an exaggeration and just about every town in every state says it. But we're in for a little bit of everything this week. Today started out quite chilly (did you cover your faucets and irrigation pipes?) with a low of 23 here at the Townsquare Media Entertainment Complex in Pasco. It rapidly climbed to 50 degrees by 10:30 a.m. and we're looking for a high of 63 today. Then it all falls apart! Winds start to pick up this evening and into tomorrow with gusts up to 40 mph. Tomorrow's high of 65 won't much feel like it. But it looks like you're safe to hook up your garden hoses again, as lows will be in the 40's for the rest of the week and not in the '20s! We'll even have a low of 50 degrees this coming Sunday night into Monday morning! Once we get past Tuesday's wind and into Wednesday, things really start to look nice. Mostly sunny Wednesday with a high of 68 and about the same for Thursday. Friday will be a stunner with sunny conditions and 75! Even a little nicer on Saturday with a perfect 80 in the extended forecast, and you can add a few degrees to that with 83 on Sunday!

This might be a good time to remember to change your A/C and heating air filter. We're supposed to do it every 3 months, but it's a good practice to do it a little more often if it's been windy and dusty.
