Both Richland Police Departments Looking for Credit Card Thief

Both Richland Police Departments are looking for credit card thieves that might be the same guy. The West Richland Police released the picture above of a man that used a stolen credit card at the West Richland Kennedy Mart.

The strange thing is that the Richland Police are also looking for two suspects that used stolen credit cards in Home Depots in both Kennewick and Hermiston, where one of the men look very similar to the other picture.

Are the two men the same guy? Not sure from the pictures but it is a strange coincidence that they look so similar.
