Heads up. Police in Umatilla are asking for your help. If you know the whereabouts of the suspect in this photo, please call 9-1-1. Do NOT approach this suspect.
The wanted person is identified as 27-year old Richard Dean Holmes, of Hermiston, asking Oregon.
Mr. Holmes is wanted on several felony warrants, including a parole violation and for failure to appear on felony drug charges. He was last seen driving a dark-colored Jeep Cherokee, near Hermiston.
Police are asking that you do NOT respond on Facebook, and to call the Umatilla County Sheriff's Office at 541-966-3651.
