Teenagers are always looking for a way to get into the work force with a real job and there is a government agency that is hiring and looking for specifically for teens. If your teenager is interested, applications are being accepted now. 

Teens can earn $12 per hour this summer picking up litter with the Ecology Youth Corps in the Mid-Columbia and the EYC is looking for teens 14-17 years of age.

The crews will be based in Richland, Pasco, Othello and Sunnyside.

EYC starts hiring for cleanup work starting either July 1 to July 23 or July 24 to Aug. 15. depending on where the crew is based.

Kids can work up to 32 hours a week and often for four weeks at a time.
