Camila Cabello's New Year's Resolution? Slay as a solo artist.

The former Fifth Harmony member, whose "Havana" is still lighting up Billboard charts, announced Tuesday (December 5) that her long-awaited solo debut album will drop in January, and she said the path to its release has been a long one.

“Thank you for being so patient with me this year, i can't wait for you to hear what has been the soundtrack to the past year of my life," she said in a tweet. "All of these songs have special memories behind them, and i'm not gonna lie, it feels emotional letting them go, feels like the end of a chapter.. it's in your hands January 12.”

Cabello added that she's decided to make the album self-titled to signal her growth.

“I decided to call it by my name, because this is where this chapter in my life ended," she noted. i"I started with somebody else's story, it ended with me finding my way back to myself.”

Fans can get two new songs “Never Be The Same” and “Real Friends," with a preorder, which will be available December 7.
