Daniel J. Bunch of Kennewick was arrested on child porn charges nearly one year ago, after a lengthy investigation into child porn allegations. The photos and videos were on a computer at the business he worked at, Bunch Finnigan, although they were not part of the company's operational computer systems.  It was separate.

Now his brother David has been accused of similar charges. Kennewick Police say he's facing charges related to the possession of thousands of hours of child pornography. A laptop found June 10th the business they both worked at, Bunch Finnigan, reportedly contained a hard drive with the porn. David told police he was given the computer by his brother four years ago. It was discovered during the ongoing investigation.

A computer crash forced him to transfer his business dealings to the laptop/hard drive police were investigating.  Court documents, according to KEPR-TV, indicate David first viewed child porn back in 2010, and his brother Daniel had recommended a peer-to-peer network to find the images.

Daniel is facing five individual felony charges after police found thousands of images on computers he used at the Bunch Finnigan store.  David is now facing two charges of possession and depiction of a minor engaged in explicit conduct.
