The NYPD arrested the Times Square Cookie Monster on Sunday. A costumed Osvaldo Lopez took a picture with a 2 year-old and then demanded $2 from his mother. She refused before they scuffled and the toddler was shoved. Lopez was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
