Escaped Convict Anthony Garver was learning to build bombs and planning to join ISIS (he had even begun learning Arabic).

Anthony Garver escaped from Western State Hospital in April. He was found living in the woods near his mother's in Spokane several days later.

He was caught carrying bomb making materials, and other weapons. He showed fascination with ISIS and had not tried to join, but gave every indication he was interested -- not for religious reasons but for the violence.
