Deer Sends Young Prosser Woman to Hospital

A deer sent an 18-year-old Prosser woman to the hospital on Wednesday night.

Any L. Dills was in the passenger seat of a white 2009 Toyota Corolla as Jesse D. Lawson was driving east on I-82. The 20-year-old Granger man hit the deer about a mile west of Prosser, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Dills was taken to PMH Medical Clinic for her injuries.

Lawson wasn’t injured and did not receive a ticket. The collision was caused by the deer.
