Early Morning Car Prowler Sought in Richland

Richland police are seeking information about this guy, who was seen allegedly prowling cars in the area of French street very early Sunday morning.

The man appears to be a little different than many typical car prowl suspects, he looks a little 'older' and is wearing gloves to obviously avoid leaving fingerprints. But like so many car prowlers and burglars, he seems to be oblivious to the fact that more and more homes have security and surveillance cameras.
