In important news for small children everywhere, there is a new trailer for Disney’s Frozen II, maybe the most anticipated animated sequel in history. (If you disagree, you clearly don’t have a four-year-old daughter.) The new trailer introduces a big mystery involving ice magic, Elsa’s powers, and a forest in the north where the citizens of Arendelle haven’t gone for years ... until now.

(Wait, is this Frozen or Game of Thrones? It’s kind of hard to tell actually. Is anyone singing? Okay, then it’s probably Frozen.)

And here’s Frozen II’s official synopsis:

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? What truths about the past await Elsa as she ventures into the unknown to the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond Arendelle? The answers are calling her but also threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she'll face a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough. From the Academy Award®-winning team—directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez—and featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad.

It definitely looks like we’ll be learning where Elsa’s powers came from — and where Elsa and Anna’s parents went when they vanished in the first movie. (My wife, a Frozen scholar thanks to endless rewatches with our children, remains convinced their parents are alive somewhere and we’ll see them in this movie.) Frozen II opens in theaters on November 22.
