Garth Brooks has decided to put the Seattle stadium tour date on hold due to the recent rise in COVID cases. He will keep Kansas City, Missouri, and Lincoln, Nebraska August dates for now. All dates after August 14th are on hold.

The tour will have a three-week window without a tour date and will reassess the situation at that time. Seattle would've been the first tour back after three weeks, but according to his press release, they still don't know what's going to happen to concerts after that date, so they won't keep Seattle's on-sale date in place.

From Garth Brooks:

"It breaks my heart to see city after city go on sale and then have to ask those sweet people and the venues to reschedule," said Garth Brooks.  "We have a three week window coming up where we, as a group, will assess the remainder of the stadium tour this year. It's humbling to see people put this much faith in you as an artist, and it kills me to think I am letting them down."
