Head On Collision on Hanford Site This Morning Results in One Dead

A tragic car accident early this morning on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation results in one person dead and one person in the hospital with critical injuries.

The deadly accident occurred at approximately 6:15 this morning on route 4 on the Hanford site where it was reported a vehicle heading northbound on rt. 4 passing other vehicles and eventually hitting a driver from the opposite direction head-on.

One driver has died, and the other was transported to Kadlec Hospital with critical injuries. The identities of both parties has not been released at this time.
