Seattle Seahawks Pass Rusher Coming Back Home

Multiple sources are reporting that defensive end Frank Clark is visiting Seattle, and if things go well during the visit he will sign with the team. The Seahawks just lost their most experienced rusher, Uchenna Nwosu, after he tore his pec muscle during the game last Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Now the Seattle Seahawks are bringing back an experienced pass rusher to help fill the huge hole left after Nwosu went out. The Seahawks will likely lose him for the rest of this season after having to have surgery on his pectoral injury. That makes signing Frank Clark important in a league where good defensive ends are hard to find.

Frank Clark After the Seattle Seahawks

After Frank Clark was drafted and spent his first 4 years in the NFL with the Seahawks, he was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs where he won two Super Bowls. In 2022, Clark was suspended for 2 games after a 2021 arrest and then was released by the team after the 2022 season. After spending years with the Chiefs, he went to Denver this year but was cut on October 14th and suddenly became a free agent. Reports say multiple teams reached out, but Frank wanted to come back to Seattle where his career started. He is having a visit with the team and is expected to sign a 1-year deal as long as everything goes well. Expect Frank Clark to be suited up and playing lots of snaps this Sunday for the Seahawks home game against the Browns just like he never left.
