Judge Says Children Have No Right to Land Given to Cousin/Stepmom

Tracy Nells, wife and biological niece of the late orchardist Timothy McNamara is accused of murdering him at their home in Belize. McNamara made her a beneficiary in his will, promising her land and money from his insurance policy. Her cousins filed a lawsuit wanting the transfer cancelled.

They claimed she inappropriately convinced her uncle that she was more worthy of his property than his children. She is still wanted by Interpol for the murder.

The Grant County Superior Court Judge John Knodell ruled that there was no evidence to prove McNamara was wrongfully persuaded by Nessl, who collected $2 million in property and money from McNamara between 2012 and 2014.
