Congrats to Kate Winslet, who earlier this month married Ned Rocknroll -- yes, that's his legal name -- in secret, and in doing so also became the niece-by-marriage of a zillionaire whose name you may recognize.

A rep for the 'Titanic' star told PEOPLE, "I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rock'nRoll in N.Y. in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family. The couple had been engaged since the summer."

Sources also say that her most famous co-star, Leonardo DiCaprio, gave her away.

Winslet, 37, and Rocknroll, 34, began dating about a year ago. He's the nephew of Virgin founder (and possibly the coolest rich dude ever) Richard Branson, and the couple met in August of 2011 when they were both staying at Branson's house on Necker Island, a private oasis in the Carribean.

As you may recall, a fire swept the house and Winslet got some press for carrying Branson's 90-year-old mom to safety. At the time, Winslet was dating a model and Rocknroll had just separated from his 23-year-old wife -- but apparently sparks flew in more ways than one that weekend.

Rocknroll is Ned's legal last name, but not his birth one (come on, no one is born with a name like that) -- his given moniker is the far less sexy Ned Abel Smith. He works in the marketing department of Virgin Galactic, his uncle's space program.

Here's hoping the third time is the charm for Winslet, who was previously wed to Jim Threapleton and director Sam Mendes. And here's hoping she takes her new husband's last name.
