Kennewick Biscuits and BBQ Food Truck is Open for Business

Nothing beats biscuits and gravy and now there's a new food truck delivering up biscuits and BBQ. It's a two-punch way to start your day and then come back for lunch.

KC's Biscuits and BBQ is now open at 7425 Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick and the owners are very excited about this new venture.

In a feature article from KEPR News, co-owner Charlotte Williams says the new food truck will feature what they call a Cathead Biscuit. It's a biscuit that's the size of a cat's head hence the name.

Williams also says that the new food truck will also serve up BBQ for lunch. They have a 500-gallon propane tank that they've converted into a smoke pit.

Word is they sell out the biscuits quickly in the morning so don't miss out. The new truck hours are Tuesday - Saturday 5 AM-8:30 AM and then 10:30 AM - 2 PM.
