Just after 2 pm, a citizen notified Pasco Police of a gray GMC Envoy driving erratically in North Pasco.

According to a press release from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office:

At 2:19 pm a one-vehicle roll-over collision was reported on Columbia River Road just northwest of Selph Landing Road. The vehicle involved in the collision was the gray GMC Envoy reported earlier. Based on information gathered at the scene and witness interviews, the vehicle was traveling on Columbia River Road, went off the roadway, and rolled when it came back on the roadway. The driver, and only occupant was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. The female driver was transported to Kadlec Hospital.

56-year old Kimberly Bullock passed away from her injuries.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate. It appears that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the crash.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office performed a drone flight over the area as part of their investigation of the roll-over crash.

From a post on the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Facebook page:

In order to maximize transparency and public awareness of the Sheriff’s Office UAS (drone) Program, a map of all flights will be published on the Sheriff’s Office social media site(s) as soon as practical after a flight, so long as it does not jeopardize an ongoing criminal investigation.
