Kennewick Makes Cheapest Top 10 Towns To Buy A Home [VIDEO]

I discovered a video that spotlights 10 of the cheapest places to buy a home in Washington State and both Kennewick and Pasco make the list. My hometown of Clarkston made the list and I noticed several other towns that I didn't expect, made the list too.

You've seen housing costs skyrocket over the last few years but 10 towns in Washington State are still a pretty good value if you are looking at buying a home. Kennewick and Pasco plus my hometown of Clarkston made the list of the top 10 cheapest Washington towns to buy a house.

A lot of people think that Washington State is only Seattle but us true Washingtonians know that there are plenty of great places to live in the state besides Seattle.

The closest towns that are included in the Top 10 include Kennewick, Pasco, Clarkston, and Grandview.

The criteria for the video were homes for $300,000 on average but include lower-priced properties as well. You've got places like Pacific, Orting, and the Spokane Valley also making the list.

If you've been searching high and low for a property, don't give up hope. It looks like you'll find some of your best deals in these 10 Washington towns.
