Kennewick PD Need Help Finding This Ray Ban Thief

This has got to be the absolute worst surveillance photo in the history of surveillance photos but its all we got...Kennewick police want to know if you know who this guy is...

PLEASE HELP ID!!!!

On 8/15/19 the male in the attached photo entered a store of the Columbia Center Mall and allegedly concealed seven pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses (value of over $1200) then allegedly exited the store without paying for them.
