Kennewick Police would like your help in identifying this man, who is believed to be involved in a theft that netted the bad guy(s) $800 worth of merchandise.

It is unclear if he had help or not. And I'm wondering if it was gift cards or something because how do you smuggle $800 worth of stuff under your coat?
