Kennewick Vehicle Transfer Goes Awry, Outcome Still Pending
Late Saturday night hijinks from the Kennewick Police Department through a press release and posted to their facebook page:
KPD is in need of assistance on identifying the owner of the pictured vehicle. On 02-23-2019 at 9:56 PM, the vehicle left the roadway on W Canal Dr and N Grant St, striking a pole. The driver fled the scene. A witness described the driver as possibly a "Hispanic female with dark bushy hair" wearing a "white top". The vehicle, a maroon 1988 Mercury Topaz, showed as recently being sold and the title was not transferred as of yet.
