KID Water Restrictions – So Many Questions- Here’s Some Answers

So it's the 1st week of Kennewick Irrigation Districts mandatory water rationing and I'm hearing people with all sorts of questions.

Like when do I water? Do Drip lines count? what about my vegetable garden? etc...
