Long Time Tri-Cities Builder Don Pratt Passes Away

A long time Tri-Cities Home Builder has passed away.

Don Pratt of Don Pratt Construction passed away this morning from a heart attack during a climb up Badger Mountain.

Pratt, besides being one of the premier custom home builders in the Columbia Basin, Pratt made extensive contributions to the community. He was an active member of Sunrise Rotary.

He was awarded the Mid-Columbia's top civic honor "2018 Tri-Citian" of the year award at a banquet headlined by U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis back in 2018.

Don Pratt has been building premier custom homes in the tri-cities for over 28 years and has lived here most of his life.
