Lost in West Richland…Please Help Him Home

I'm kind of a sucker for a cute Chihuahua and when did you ever see one that wasn't cute? So when I saw that the West Richland Police posted this on Facebook, I just had to spread the word and hopefully help him get back home. He is definitely in very good hands right now with POP (Pet Over Population) but still, there's no place like home.
