Boy when stress levels get high, I don't sleep well! And I start getting grouchy! Nothing like pampering yourself a little from time to time!

I just had an INCREDIBLE massage by Jessica at Body Bio Clinic! It was sooo awesome!

She is truly AMAZING!

Why do we seem to wait till we are near a break down to do something nice for ourselves! Don't answer that...lol...I know it's usually cause we can't afford it.

Well this was TOTALLY worth it. $65 and hour! Not a bad price too!
