Massive Amount of Raw Sewage Spills In Columbia River

This story is making me queasy but I feel it's important that you know ... 80,000 gallons of raw sewage including, feces,urine and laundry wastewater poured into the Columbia River on Wednesday.

According to the Associated Press the spill happened when workers were calibrating pumps at the Westside Wastewater Treatment facility in Vancouver WA.

What's really disturbing is the is the second massive spill in just four weeks from the same treatment plant. The last spill was 400,000 gallons of raw sewage and 110,000 of partially treated sewage.

My stomach is turning ... gag
