Miley Smokes From A Bong

Miley Cyrus’ bad press continues. There’s a video floating around the web of Miley smoking a bong at a party. She was apparently smoking an herb that is natural and legal – called salvia – but it has psychedelic qualities. The video was taken by a friend and was apparently stolen from them.
