New Details Emerge About Murdered Kennewick Woman
The kidnapping and subsequent murder of a Kennewick Woman just keeps getting more horrific as new details emerge.
A new court document detailing the arrest of the suspect Theresa L. Wiltse, age 49, is available to the public with shocking details:
- The victim Sandra Harris called her husband Randy from her cell phone stating "They Have Me and Want $250,000"
- The Money Drop was set up at Country Mercantile in Pasco where the suspect was apprehended.
- Wiltse admitted to being involved with the kidnapping along with 2 other men by the names of "Jose" and "Jesus".
- Blood was found in the Vehicle Driven by Wiltse along with disinfecting wipes for the purpose of cleaning the blood from the vehicle.

On 11/20/2016, at about 11:48 am, deputies with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a body found off of Coffin Road, about two-miles east of I-82. Initial information was a citizen was traveling westbound on Coffin Road, towards I-82, and observed a body lying on the side of the roadway and called 911.
Deputies arrived on scene and located a deceased, unidentified female lying in the brush, just off of the roadway, on the north side of Coffin Road. During the investigation, the Benton County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased female as 69 year old Sandra Harris. Sandra Harris was the kidnapping victim from the Kennewick Police Department’s kidnapping incident from Friday, 11/18/2016. At this time it is unknown how the female died and this case is currently under investigation in cooperation with the Kennewick Police Department.
