The Chef then was offered to work at a family bed and breakfast in Prosser, before he and his wife Susanne opened a restaurant in downtown Prosser in 2010. They partnered with local wineries to pair entrees with wines.
According to their website, the husband-wife team was approached and committed to the idea of opening a restaurant in the new Osprey Pointe Market Place going in at the Port of Pasco. They remain committed and plan to open Ciao Kitchen as a casual fine dining restaurant and full bar.
