Tri-Cities newest steakhouse opens in Kennewick this weekend called The Edge Steakhouse & Sports Lounge at Zintel Creek.

The Edge Steakhouse is located in what used to be the Tri-Cities Country Club. The once member only golf course & club was made public after being bought by a group of members. They opened the facility to the public and re-branded it as Zintel Creek.

The new steakhouse is also a sports lounge and breakfast spot depending on the day and time of the week.

On weekend mornings (fri-sun) The Edge is a top notch breakfast spot that opens at 7 a.m. They have all the regulars, pancakes, waffles, breakfast combos, and even deep fried french toast! Breakfast ends at 11 a.m.

The Steahouse is open Thurs-Sat nights and features a well known chef from the Mid Columbia, according to reports. Phouty Vongsaly was raised in Connell and has worked in kitchens in Anthony's and Fredy's Steakhouse in Southridge. He was trained in San Diego.

The menu has a wide variety of steaks, potatoes, prime rib, and pork. The appetizers look amazing with steak carpaccio, crab cakes, fried artichoke, and crab stuffed mushrooms. The deserts listed on the menu are New York style cheesecake, creme brulee, and a skillet chocolate chip cookie.

The Edge will also be open as a lounge during regular hours when they are not open for steak or breakfast during the week.

Even if you don't play golf, this looks like a place you should definitely check out!
