An overnight shooting has Kennewick Police looking for a suspect who left one man hospitalized. 

The shooting occurred early Tuesday morning a little after 12 AM on the 3500 block of West Hood Avenue in Kennewick.

In a press release from Kennewick Police, Police are still looking for a suspect who left one man injured.

Here are the details from the release:

On Tuesday, August 10 just after midnight, patrol officers were dispatched to a third-party report of a
disturbance in progress located in the 3500-block of W Hood Avenue.

Upon the arrival of patrol officers, information was obtained that a male subject had been shot.

Officers located the male victim who had two gunshot wounds; officers began rendering medical aid to the victim prior to the arrival of KFD Paramedics.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is in stable condition at this time.

The KPD Criminal Investigations Division was called to assist with the investigation.

No arrests have been made related to this incident. Information leads us to believe that this is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
