Pasco I-82 Traffic Delays Due to Road Work & Accident! [VIDEO]

Not sure how long they will be doing road work on I-82. I think they were painting stripes or something. Traffic Cones were laid for a few miles and it appears there was a bit of a 'fender bender' in the midst of it. Traffic was at a stand still between 11:30am-about noon. That was heading Eastbound. I took video. There was something on my lens..(could have been my finger LOL)
