Pasco Police Are Training to Go All Cobra Kai on Bad Guys

A trained fighter will conquer a scrapper every time. At least that's what we learned in the Karate Kid movies, right?

I'm just now getting into season 4 of Cobra Kai and loving every second of it, especially the return of Daniel Larusso's nemesis Terry Silver! You might remember the character Terry silver played by Thomas Ian Griffith in Karate Kid Part III. He was the guy who tried to sway Daniel against Mr. Miyagi.

In real life, Thomas Ian Griffith is a martial arts expert and earned a black belt in Taekwondo at the age of 18. While I know the difference between Taekwondo and karate, I also know the difference between Jujitsu and karate. So I guess when the Pasco police take to Jitsu lessons they are not really going all Cobra Kai.

Besides, Cobra Kai likes to strike first, and Pasco police are much more in line with the Miyagi-Do way of thinking. But it's cool to see Pasco police getting some superior fighting techniques to keep them safe while apprehending the bad guys.
