Pasco Police Looking For Brazen Bike Thief, Who is He?
It happened in broad daylight...a young bold male makes his way up a driveway and rides off into the neighborhood on a bicycle he just stole.
Pasco Police are on the search for the red shirt bicycle thief in these photos.

On Thursday, May 13th, the male was caught on surveillance video riding off on a red and black mountain bike.
