Tri-Cities police departments are teaming with the Drug Enforcement Administration for this weekend's National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day.

Unused prescriptions often times wind up in the wrong hands. This is a way for you to safely and anonymously get rid off drugs that you no longer need.

Saturday, from 10 am till 2 pm, you can drop off medications at the Kennewick, Richland, and West Richland Police Stations.  The Pasco Walmart on Road 68 is also a drop-off location.

You can dispose of expired, unused prescriptions, as well as vaping products.  However, batteries must be removed from the vaping devices.
