Remarkably Clean Surveillance Photos of Wanted Car Prowler

A not-so-bright guy is being sought by Richland police after he was captured on hi-resolution camera footage prowling cars on Northgate in Richland.

The incidents occurred in the 800 block near Bank of America and some other financial and office buildings. Anyone with any information is urged to call 509-628-0333.

We say not-so-bright because he was car prowling in broad daylight. Any leads you can provide can be confidential.
