Richland Boat launch and River Closed This Weekend…Why?
According to City of Richland Facebook page:
The Richland Regatta Boat Races are in town this weekend, it brings some detours/closures .
Boat Launch and Columbia River Closures:
The North Howard Amon boat launch will be closed for the races. All other Richland boat launches remain open.
Lee Blvd from Amon Park Drive to the River and Amon Park Drive from Newton Street to the parking lot behind the Fingernail will be closed Thursday, June 8th to Sun, June 11.
The Columbia River will be closed between North Howard Amon and Columbia Point Marina Park from 7:00am to 6:00pm from Friday, June 9 through Sunday, June 11. Please plan accordingly!
Boat racing takes place from 10:00am to about 5:00pm Friday-Sunday, June 9-11. Admission to the event is free of charge, pit passes are $10/weekend.
