I spotted a food truck at John Dam Plaza in Richland!

Where have I been? I had no idea J.Bookwalter Winery had a food truck, Non-Fiction. I had to know more. So I chatted for a few minutes with the operators, Will and Maigh Willingham.

Turns out, they've been parking for lunch at John Dam Plaza in Richland for several days, Wednesdays thru Saturdays from 11 am till 2 pm. Their truck is always on the move and you can catch their schedule posted on Facebook and on the website.

I inquired about the menu and how the two make it work. She's from the south and has many southern-inspired options. They told me about their delicious smash burgers and I was inspired by the Bloody Mary Burger.

The Non-Fiction food truck is booked for many community events, company parties, car shows, and more, so you'll be seeing them around Tri-Cities for sure!
