Richland Police Seek Topless & Half Naked Laundry Mat Thief

Does this man's gut look familiar? The Richland police are looking for this man after he broke into a Richland laundry mat without his shirt.

The man seen in these photos broke into the laundry mat located on the 1400 block of Williams in Richland. He might have used his shirt to cover his face from the camera.

The man tried to take coins from the washing and coin machines causing damage, according to reports.

He doesn't seem to have any tattoos that are identifiable, at least on the half of his body that we CAN see.
