Richland Second Grader Receives National Honors for Her Poem

Congratulations to Richland Second Grader Noelle Kolbinger.

She received National Honors for a poem she wrote for the National PTA Reflections Contest.

She goes to school at Jason Lee Elementary and will receive a $200 Scholarship and her poem will be displayed at the U.S. Department of Education, the National PTA online gallery and a traveling art exhibit.
