If you think police pay extra attention to vehicles seen on the roads between midnight and 6am, you're right.

Kennewick officers conducting an extra emphasis patrol early Tuesday morning apprehended three suspects tooling around in a stolen mini van.

Seems the vehicle was reported stolen out of Pasco a few days ago. Kennewick officers spotted the van in the 2700 block of S. Quillan Street, and pulled it over. Two of the three people inside were arrested on previous outstanding warrants, Tiffany Dean and Brina Galbreath. A third person, Ritcherd Hernandez, was released at the scene.

The van has been returned to it's owners, but the investigation continues and could possibly result in additional charges on the suspects, depending upon what officers find out.
