There were two major accidents yesterday on Clearwater Ave.in Kennewick just minutes apart. The 1st accident a pedestrian was killed when an 84 year old man lost control of his vehicle and struck and killed a 60 year old Kennewick man. The 84 year old claims the accelerator got stuck and that is why he lost control of his vehicle.

Idaho this week adopted new texting and cellphone laws for drivers. We thought we’d review what’s legal and what is NOT in Washington.

Unless you’re willfully ignorant . . . you’ve heard how dangerous it is to talk on your cell phone while you’re driving.  Experts say it can be even more dangerous than driving drunk. –Well, a study from the University of Kansas just found the one occasion where it’s actually SAFER to drive and talk on your phone.
